We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 20 days from the date of purchase or first deposit. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 20 days from the date of purchase. All sales are final for reduced price items and used items. Returns for non defective products are not accepted without prior authorization from Spaulding International Cinema.
If a product is found to be broken, faulty, or otherwise inoperable, please send us an email regarding an RMA (return merchandise authorization) form. Pending on the nature of the malfunction we may chose to repair in house, instruct the owner on repair, or send a new part. If we determine the malfunction is do to user error, returns will not be accepted. Please be aware that this may take a significant amount of time.
Returns will not be shipped until we receive the RMA item. Please do not under any circumstances return a product before receiving prior authorization from our Staff. We reserve the right to apply a restocking charge up to 20% of the value of the product. Store credit will be issued only after we received, inspected, and determined the product is in resalable condition. All other refund issues will be considered at a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of our management based on prior agreement with the customer. We require a skype meeting before the return of any product to determine the actual problem.
Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send returns back to us.
We reserve the right to return merchandise to our customer and not refund money, if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants. The warranty is void if the instructions in the manual have not been properly followed.
After 20 days the product has a 30 day warranty for manufacturing defects on all gimbals excluding batteries. We cannot issue a refund after the 20 day period, but if there is a defect we can replace or repair the faulty part. During the 30 day period Spaulding International Cinema will cover all repair costs aside from shipping. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the item.
If the product has been tampered with and/or the manual was not followed or incorrectly followed then the warranty will be void.
The warranty period begins upon receiving the first payment or deposit for the entire order.
Spaulding International Cinema reserves the right to change the warranty terms at any time.
